Community management

We look after your community every day, reply to comments and messages, and run live sessions and AMAs.

Marketing

You have an audience that comments, messages you privately and asks questions in groups, but replying to everyone takes time you do not have. So questions go unanswered for days, comments pile up, and people who wanted to talk to you stop trying.

With us, someone looks after your community every day: replying in your tone, keeping groups in order and setting a rhythm with live sessions and Q&As. What people ask becomes material for content, FAQs and campaigns.

When you need it

  • You receive lots of messages and comments and cannot reply to them all in a reasonable time.
  • You have a Facebook group, a Telegram or WhatsApp channel or a Discord server that started well and has now gone quiet.
  • You are a creator or professional and your audience keeps asking you the same questions.
  • Criticism or spam appears in the comments and you are not sure how to respond.
  • You want to know what your customers really think, without running a survey.

How we work

  1. Tone and rules: together we write a guide covering how you speak, answers to the most common questions and what should be passed to you.
  2. Community guidelines: we prepare simple, visible rules on what is allowed in groups and comments.
  3. Daily presence: we reply to comments and messages, welcome new members and moderate discussions.
  4. Regular fixtures: we suggest live sessions, polls and AMAs to give the community a reason to come back.
  5. Monthly report: we tell you how the community is growing, which questions come up most often and the sentiment, the overall mood of the comments, positive or negative.

AMA sessions

AMA stands for Ask Me Anything. It is a set time when your community asks you questions and you answer, in a live video or in writing in a group. It works well because people talk to you directly, and you find out what your audience really cares about. Here is how we organise one:

  1. Topic and date: we choose a subject (a new product, a time of year, your work in general) and a date, leaving a few days for the announcement.
  2. Announcement: we promote the session on your channels, with the day, time and where it takes place.
  3. Gathering questions: we open a post, a form or a question box in stories to collect questions in advance.
  4. Running order: we group similar questions, pick the most useful ones and prepare an outline for you, so you do not arrive unprepared.
  5. Live moderation: during the session we read the comments, pass you the most interesting new questions and keep spam and trolling at bay.
  6. After the session: we answer the remaining questions in writing and turn the best moments into short videos, posts or new FAQ entries.

Who it is for

Creators and professionals with an audience that asks questions, businesses with groups of loyal customers (gyms, schools, specialist shops), brands that sell online and receive lots of messages, and associations and events that want to keep people involved between one date and the next.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AMA session?

AMA stands for Ask Me Anything: a live stream or discussion where your community asks questions and you answer them. We gather the questions beforehand, prepare a running order and handle moderation during the event.

How is this different from social media management?

Social media management is about the content you publish. Community management is about the conversations that grow around that content, in comments, private messages and groups. The two services often go together.

Do you reply on my behalf?

Yes, in your tone of voice and following the guidelines we agree at the start. Sensitive questions (complaints, pricing issues, personal requests) are passed to you before we reply.

How quickly do you reply to messages?

We agree that together at the start, based on how many messages you receive and how much speed matters for your business. The agreed response times are written into the quote.

How do you handle offensive comments or spam?

We draw up clear rules with you, visible to members. Spam is removed, offensive comments are hidden or reported, and genuine criticism gets a reply, because ignoring it does more harm than addressing it.
