Influencer marketing

We find the right creators for your audience, manage the agreements and content, and measure what they actually bring in.

Marketing

A creator your audience has followed for a long time can talk about you with a credibility no ad has. The hard part is choosing the right one, agreeing on fees and content, and in the end working out whether the collaboration brought in anything beyond a few likes.

We handle it from start to finish: profile selection, negotiation, contract, brief, content review and measurement. Our team includes people who have worked in influencer marketing for years and people who create content themselves, so we know both sides of the table.

When you need it

  • You want to reach a new audience, locally or across Italy, with a message more credible than an ad.
  • Creators have already approached you but you cannot judge whether their audience is the right one.
  • You have run collaborations in the past without knowing whether they brought in sales.
  • You are launching a product, opening a venue or organising an event and want people talking about it in the right weeks.
  • You want photos and videos shot by real people that you can also use in your campaigns.

How we work

  1. Goal: we decide what you want to achieve (visits to your venue, online sales, event sign-ups) and how we will measure it.
  2. Creator research: we look for profiles whose audience matches your customers by age, location and interests, and check that the followers are real and active.
  3. Outreach and negotiation: we speak to the creators or their agencies ourselves and agree fees, formats and dates.
  4. Contract and brief: we put in writing what gets published, when and with which usage rights, and give the creator the information they need while leaving them their own voice.
  5. Review and calendar: we review content before it goes out and coordinate dates, so posts do not overlap.
  6. Measurement: each creator has a dedicated link or code, and at the end we show you what each one brought in.

Micro creators and local creators

Follower count alone tells you little. A profile with hundreds of thousands of followers may have an audience spread across Italy, with little interest in your sector, and cost a lot.

Micro creators have a smaller audience, often a few thousand people, but one that is closer and more attentive: they reply to comments, know their followers, and are listened to when they recommend a place or a product. For a local business, a creator from Perugia or Umbria sharing their dinner at your restaurant is speaking to exactly the people who can come and visit you.

With several micro creators you can also test different messages, see which works best and spread your budget instead of betting everything on one name.

A real example

We built the website for Overdogs, an agency that manages talent and creators. Behind the site sits a module of our business platform for contracts, signatures and the calendar of sponsored posts: the same tools we use to keep agreements and dates in order when we coordinate several creators in one campaign.

Who it is for

Restaurants and bars, shops and online stores, food, cosmetics or clothing brands, hotels and holiday accommodation, gyms and events that want to get known through people their audience trusts.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need creators with lots of followers?

No. Micro creators, with a few thousand highly engaged followers close to your area, often bring better results and cost less.

How do you measure whether a collaboration worked?

Each creator has their own tracked link or discount code, so you can see how many visits, enquiries and sales come from each one.

How much does a creator campaign cost?

It depends on how many creators you involve and what they publish. Creator fees are separate and we agree them with you first. For our management you get a written quote, with every item listed separately.

Can I pay creators in products instead of money?

With some micro creators you can, especially for restaurants, shops and services people need to try in person. Either way, we put in writing what they receive and what they publish, so there are no misunderstandings.

Can creator content be reused in my ads?

Yes, if the contract allows it. We agree beforehand how long and on which channels you can use it, for example in your ad campaigns or on your website.

Do sponsored posts have to be disclosed?

Yes. Paid collaborations must be clearly labelled, for example as sponsored content or using the Instagram and TikTok partnership tools. We include this in the brief and check that it is followed.
